Back during my university days, I had a module called Digital Marketing. While studying, I discovered affiliate marketing, which instantly caught my interest. That’s when I decided to create a Facebook page and apply for affiliate programs with Amazon, Aliexpress, and Daraz. That was Uvibirds' first attempt at making its mark.

The name Uvibirds has its own interesting story, but for now, I’ll keep that to myself. As I pursued affiliate marketing and earned a bit of money, one of our university lecturers suggested writing technical articles—it could be great for our careers and might help land a good internship. I saw an opportunity and decided to use the Uvibirds name for my blog, starting with a simple platform like Blogger.

At that time, cloud computing also piqued my interest, so I began writing articles about it, learning along the way. Meanwhile, my affiliate business was going well, and this desire to one day build my own company began growing inside me. I couldn’t shake the feeling, so I took the leap and bought the domain www.uvibirds.com, where I created an e-commerce-type website showcasing affiliate products and linking my blog. I also started writing affiliate product reviews, which tied everything together.

But, with the pressure of university studies and exams, I drifted away from Uvibirds for a while, focusing instead on landing an internship. My blog turned out to be incredibly helpful in securing not just one but three different internships, eventually leading me to become a software engineer. Throughout my career, though, that dream of having my own company never left my mind.

And so, I made the bold decision to quit my job and fully commit to something big. With new ideas and renewed passion, I launched Uvibirds as a software, web development, automation, and AI/ML solutions company. Uvibirds Mart, my affiliate business, continues to thrive, and now I’m helping small business owners solve their tech-related problems through innovative solutions and web development.

Today, I’m fortunate to work with amazing clients across the globe, and it’s truly rewarding. My boyfriend also plays a significant role in managing Uvibirds Mart, making it a shared venture. We still have a long way to go, and I’m excited for what the future holds—fingers crossed! 🍃
